membership fee of 60 Euros (reduced fee: 30 Euros) from my bank account by direct debit.

I allow you, until further notice, to withdraw the yearly fees due by direct debit. Should my account not show sufficient funds to cover the amount due, there is no obligation to my bank to any payment. Partial funding will not be given through direct debit.
